Sir Alex slammed Bayern Munich players for their unsportsmanlike conduct to get Rafael Da Silva sent-off in the Old Trafford showdown on Wednesday night. Rafael was booked in the first half after retaliating against a Mark Van Bommel challenge. Ref. Rizzoli was then surrounded by Bayern players, pleading for a sending-off, which he got for a nothing challenge on Franck Ribery !

Reds’ winger, Luis Nani, has singed a new 4-year contract, keeping him at Old Trafford until at least 2014. The Portuguese star has found it hard to fill the void left by Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure to Real Madrid, but Nani has done nothing but improved over the last few months, and now Sir Alex won’t let him get away…   

 
 
Luis Nani has had a laugh at Steven Gerrard’s expense, by claiming that the skipper should be more ambitious than just staying with the Scousers. Nani has nearly won more titles in three years than Gerrard has in twelve, and his joke may prompt him to do something he’ll regret on Sunday !
