According to sources close to the businessmen, the asking price for the club was said to be ‘outrages’ – a good £250 Million more than the expected price-tag. United agreed a transfer fee with Mexican club Chivas for Hernandez last month, however The Reds were required to apply for a permit as he has played in less than 75% of Mexico’s games.
