Match Preview: Bolton Wanderers v Manchester United
A tough away game at the Reebok Stadium awaits an in-form Red Devils side on Saturday...

Match Preview - Bolton Wanderers v Manchester United

Competition: Barclays Premier League
Kick-Off & Date: 5:30pm, Saturday, 10th September 2011
Venue: Reebok Stadium, Bolton (Away)
Live TV Coverage: ESPN UK (HD), 4:45pm - 7:45pm

Referee: Andre Marriner (Birmingham, England)
Assistants: Gary Beswick, Scott Ledger
Fourth Official: Kevin Friend

Form: Bolton Wanderers aren't in the best of from, coming into the game on the back of successive Premier League defeats against Manchester City and Liverpool, but won their opening game against Queen Park Rangers. Bolton won their recent League Cup fixture against Macclesfield Town, and judging by their recent performances - they will be no walkover. The Trotters have always proven difficult opposition against United at the Reebok Stadium.

United couldn't be in better form at the moment, wiping the floor 8-2 with Arsenal two weeks ago at Old Trafford. Before that, The Red Devils scored truck loads of goals against Tottenham Hotspur, West Bromwich Albion and Man City. Although local rivals Bolton can be a sticking point away from home, our lads should come out of the match with nothing less than a win, with a handful of goals, considering the current form that they are in.

The Injury Front: Bolton Wanderers could hand debuts to new signings David Ngog, Gael Kakuta and Dedryck Boyata, all keen to impress after permanent and loan moves from Liverpool, Chelsea and City. Stuart Holden is showing signs of recovery after a serious injury he sustained at Old Trafford last season. Ricardo Gardner could also return, but Chung-Yong Lee, Tyrone Mears, Marcos Alonso and Sam Ricketts are all long-term injury absentees.

Squad: Bogdan, Steinsson, Robinson, Cahill, Muamba, Eagles, Tuncay, Petrov, Knight, Kevin Davies, Mark Davies, Klasnic, Reo-Coker, Blake, Pratley, Jaaskelainen, Wheater, Boyata, Kakuta, Ngog.

United will give Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez his first start of the new season, after he recovered from a concussion problem over the summer. Thankfully, there were no casualties during the International period, but Nemanja Vidic (calf) and Rafael Da Silva (shoulder operation) remain injured. Danny Welbeck is on the road to recovery after a groin strain, but will not feature, while Antonio Valencia, Rio Ferdinand and Michael Carrick are now fully fit.

Squad: De Gea, Lindegaard, Smalling, Ferdinand, Jones, Evra, Evans, Fabio, Nani, Park, Cleverley, Anderson, Carrick, Fletcher, Giggs, Young, Valencia, Rooney, Berbatov, Diouf, Owen, Macheda, Hernandez.
Bolton Wanderers manager, Owen Coyle
The Gaffer: Owen Coyle has transformed Bolton into a powerhouse at home, but The Whites' are lacking in form away from home. The manager, from Scotland, knows his side could have done better than their 14th place finish last season in the League, but will be keen to target a top-half table finish this season. Good times ahead !

Bolton Wanderers defender, Gary Cahill
Most-Feared: Gary Cahill joined Bolton in January of 2008, in a real deal for all involved down the road, after Aston Villa agreed to the sale. The 25-year-old was chased by Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur over the summer, but no move materialised, and Cahill will be in the fray to thwart United's forwards come the weekend...

FA referee Andre Marriner
The Ref: Andre Marriner takes charge of his first Premier League match this season, having officiated the last Bolton-United game last March, in which he showed a straight red card to Jonny Evans for a poor challenge on Stuart Holden. Mr. Marriner has been warned to protect David De Gea by Sir Alex Ferguson !

United Latest's Prediction: Bolton Wanderers 0-3 United
- Wayne Rooney, Oliveira Anderson & Chicharito ?
