United annihilated a hopeless Arsenal side 8-2 at Old Trafford on Sunday, with England Internationals Danny Welbeck, Ashley Young and Wayne Rooney all making their way on the scoresheet a total of 6 times. Ben Amos - along with Phil Jones and Welbeck - were included in the England U-21 squad last week, but Fabio Capello has nicked Jones from Stuart Pearce, and Welbeck is unable to play due to a hamstring injury suffered at the weekend.

England regulars Rio Ferdinand and Michael Carrick miss out through fitness, meaning a total of five United footballers will feature in the European Championship Qualifiers against Bulgaria and Wales, in Sofia and Wembley respectively. Chris Smalling, Jones, Tom Cleverley, Young and Rooney all form part of the 25-man party. The first three mentioned - Smalling, Jones and Cleverley - are expected to make their senior bows for The Three Lions.
