great game , i can clearly see that obertan has improved , park has the same hunger and desire , rooney is world class as usual , young looks bright and hoping a lot better season from evra.

Fletcher has lost 3 stone!!! Hopefully hes back on track soon and everything is ok. Talk is tho he could well be out for da season. this on top of hargraves leavin, scholes retiring, gibson (was off to sunderland) not in fergie plans, ryan a year older. now while cleverly will be brought in. as could pogba and morrison (altho supposedly he in trouble again with law) we are soooo weak in midfield. hopefully da young lads impress tho and become worthy of the shirt. with fletch gone tho for a season da only defensive midfielder we have is carrick (just not good enuf for united). nevermind sneider modric nasri etc da priority is a defensive midfielder. never replaced Roy Keane (to be fair hargraves wud have bar injuries)

I agree that Oberton looks sharper but I also acknowledge that we had weak opponents. I believe Fletcher and Carrick and hold mid-field with Anderson and gibson as back up...but that will only pay dividend if our wingers supply our strikers with enough chances, and take it they must!!!

obertan was great in pre season last year then got injured,i hope he can keep it up and stay fit this season,he will be a great player for utd along with anderson
