Poll: Will United Buy In January ? 02/01/2011
 Sir Alex has ruled-out any new faces this January, but a number of players have been linked with The Reds regardless - including Ricardo Kaka, Wesley Sneijder, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Karim Benzema and Luis Suarez... but will Fergie actually reach into his wallet ? During the summer, Chris Smalling, Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez and Bébé arrived at Old Trafford despite Sir Alex stating he was not going to dip into a transfer market where no 'value' was to be found. Rafael Van Der Vaart's transfer from Real Madrid to Tottenham Hotspur for just £8 Million springs to mind when 'value' is mentioned, but are there any other players who could add to United's squad ?... Well we are in need of a midfielder, someone like Kaka, Sneijder or Schweinsteiger would be perfect - but the three are all above 26 years of age, and we all know Fergie likes to go for youth. And that's why United Latest will be publishing scouting reports from our readers over the next week. Hopefully we can discover another Paul Scholes, or the next Ryan Giggs. I'd love to see wesley Sneijder at Old Trafford. No one could replace Paul Scholes but I think he would certainly improve the team and could be a star and with Inter Milan almost mid table could be a great move both ways. Melo.d 02/01/2011 6:21pm
I think Wesley sneider is good but the player that manchester united need tip splash the cash on Is bastian schweinsteiger he was outstanding in the world cup and for bayern munich he is the play for the red devils without a shadow of a dout. i dont think fergie will spend eventhough i really wish he does MaXi 02/01/2011 7:12pm

Man Utd will not make any big money move, unless the qataris come and remove the glazers. Look at the records of fergie's purchases, and all the transfer records he had broke. Does he look like the kind who will hold back when it comes to spending? I'm sure not. Then why does he suddenly change his ways after the glazers came in? That's coz glazers are broke. Everyone seem to talk about the need of Utd to buy players this season. But does anyone realised how well Utd is doing at the moment? Havent lost any matches and contenders in the Champions league! Wake up people.. Let the Gaffer do his job! He knows well than any of you.. When the team is in need to buy.. They will buy..
