Paul Scholes has revealed that next season may not be his last for United, as the 35-year-old veteran keeps on top of his game. While Darren Fletcher says he is committing the rest of his career to Old Trafford, saying that if he went anywhere else - it would be a step backwards !

"I do not know if it will be my last season. I will just take every game as it comes." said Scholes, who has notched-up 643 games, and 149 goals - being the Reds' 4th highest appearance maker, and the 10th highest goalscorer at the World's biggest club.

"If I am feeling okay and doing the job that the manager wants me to do then we will see how things are at the end of next season. Hopefully next season will be another good one for me. As far as next season goes we want to get back on track. Hopefully we'll have better luck with injuries and win some more trophies."

As well as the legend saying he'll stay-on, 26-year-old midfielder Darren Fletcher has said he wants to reach Giggs' and Scholes' benchmark. "You look at it as a step down if you leave," said Fletcher."
