Javier Hernandez, Mexico
Javier Hernandez is set to face Rio Ferdinand, Michael Carrick and Wayne Rooney later tonight as England take-on Hernandez' home country, Mexico, in a pre World Cup friendly. 'Chicharito' is in Mexico's squad for South Africa 2010, and is ready to start up-front for the Central Americans at Wembley on Monday night...

Hernandez will join The Reds on July 1st, and will be able to play in United's pre-season games, thats; four North American friendlies, the opening of Dublin's new Aviva Stadium and back at his current club, Chivas - for the official opening of their new stadium.

Hernandez could also feature in the Community Shield match with Chelsea. But before all of this, and before the World Cup itself, United fans will catch a glimpse of the 21-year-old striker on Monday night at Wembley, where England, skippered by Ferdinand, will take-on Mexico in a friendly warm-up match.

Senegal, Angola and Chile haven't stopped Mexico in their pre World Cup matches so-far, but a strengthened England side could prove a very though task. Fabio Capello's side bet the Mexicans 4-0 the last time the two sides met, but with a handful of changes the scoreline could differ hugely.

Blackpool’s Gary Taylor-Fletcher left Wembley on crutches on Saturday afternoon, following his sides' 3-2 play-off victory over Swindon - and so many are already shaking at the thought of an injury to the England camp on Wembley's - let's say utterly disgraceful - surface.

Tune in to ITV 1 at 7:30pm (UK time) to see England take-on Mexico live !

Rio Ferdinand leads the three lions out, with Michael Carrick and Wayne Rooney following suit, along with the England faithful.

Meanwhile, Javier Hernandez will be bench-warmer for the opening stages at least... hope we see him !

Should see Hernandez second half. 2-1 @ half time is fair result, bad defending at the last - but England just that bit better. Roo to score second half. Walcott needs to wake -up abit, and Ledley King looks better than John Terry atm...

Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez finally on, for Guillermo Franco. Meanwhile, three changes for England; Rio Ferdinand hands the captain armband over to Stephen Gerrard as Jamie Carragher enters the fray. Joe Hart gets his chance in goal and comes on for Robert Green and Jermaine Defoe on for Peter Crouch.
