Wazza wants new front-man !
Wayne Rooney has called upon Sir Alex to splash-out on one or two new 'big-name' strikers this summer, to help The Reds on their way to glory next season. United had been burdened with filling the goal void left by Carlos Tevez and more importantly, Cristiano Ronaldo. And now Roo is reflecting the fans' opinion.

Despite the heartbreak of losing-out to Chelsea, Luis Nani has remained confident and is very much looking forward to next season. It isn't easy, he admits, but he has urged fans to forget about this season and think about the next. 'United is a very strong club...'
 
 
Roo limps off
Sir Alex made sure England fans weren't as upset as United fans were - as he confirmed Wayne Rooney would be fit for the World Cup in just over a month's time. The striker limped-off with 15 minutes to go on Sunday, only to spark fresh concerns over his fitness ahead of South Africa...

Luis Nani, the only scorer in United's win over Sundelrnad, has said his team-mates will not give-up on being Premier League champions this season, despite Chelski looking very much favourites to win it next week against Wigan. But it ain't over till the fat lady sings...

Sir Alex was no doubt happy to see The Reds win 1-0 over Sunderland away on Sunday to bring the Title Race into the final weekend, but the gaffer is being realistic about winning his forth consecutive Premier League crown, summing the mood up as 'We're clutching at straws !'...
